The problem
Why paper evaluations do not add up
A paper form filled in courtside is hard to read, hard to compare and easy to lose. Even when the forms survive, nobody can see how a referee has developed over a season, because the data sits in a folder per event.
How it works
Evaluations in the same system as the schedule
Because RefManager knows who refereed which game, evaluators can be assigned to games automatically. They fill in a digital form, and the result is stored with the referee. Criteria might cover positioning, mechanics, communication, game understanding and fitness.
- Digital evaluation forms
- Automatic evaluator assignment
- Results stored per referee
- CSV export on the larger plans
Over time
From single games to development
On the Federation plan, referee profiles persist across events, so evaluations build into a record you can use for selection and development.
