Why 3x3 is different
Why league software does not fit
League scheduling tools assume one game per venue per slot, with days between rounds. A 3x3 event packs a whole season's worth of games into a weekend. Referees work many games in a row, so rest and rotation matter more than in any league.
Knockout rounds make it harder still: you do not know who plays the semi-final until the pool games are done, but you need referees ready for it.

The live board tracks every court in real time. When a referee does not show or a court falls behind, you reassign from one screen and the change is visible to everyone. Referees can check in with a QR code.

Questions
Does it support knockout rounds?
Yes. You can set up round-robin, knockout or hybrid formats, with categories mapped to courts.
How many referees and tournaments can I run?
It depends on the plan: from one event with up to 30 referees on the Event Pass to unlimited tournaments and referees on the Federation plan.
Can referees see their games on their phone?
Yes. Referees get game cards by email, can subscribe to an iCal feed, and have a mobile-friendly dashboard.
Is our data stored in the EU?
Yes. Data is hosted in the EU and handled in line with the GDPR, with daily encrypted backups.
