About RefManager
Software for the people with the whistle.
RefManager was born from frustration with existing tools: systems that serve the schedule, but not the referees who officiate the games. So we built the tools we wanted.
Hours in Excel, and a system that only asks who is free.
Every referee coordinator knows it: hours in spreadsheets, endless emails about availability, and tools that never look beyond "who is free?". Matching difficulty, developing referees, sharing the work fairly: you do that on the side, in your head.
RefManager is a direct answer to that, for 3x3 tournament days and for the preparation before every 5x5 game. The referee first, not the schedule.
