The problem
Why “available on Saturday” is not enough
Availability usually arrives as a reply in a group chat or a form that says which days someone can come. Tournament days are long. Referees arrive late, leave early or skip the second day, and the organiser stitches it together by hand.
How it works
Availability per time slot
Each referee in the pool has availability per time slot, next to their experience level and category certifications. You can import the pool from Excel and adjust it per referee. Autofill only assigns referees to games inside their availability, and it keeps to rest periods and consecutive game limits on top.
- Excel bulk import of the referee pool
- Availability per time slot
- Experience level and certifications per referee
- Used directly by autofill
When it changes
On the day
When someone leaves early or does not show, you reassign their games from the live board, and the change is visible to everyone.
