Referees
Build the referee schedule
Import your referees from Excel, set availability per time slot and experience level, and let autofill assign them. Referees get their games by email and can add them to their calendar with iCal.
Tournament day
Run it live
The live board shows every court in real time, with zone management and court status. Referees check in with a QR code. No-shows, delays and substitutions are handled in one place, and everyone sees the update.

Evaluate and report
Evaluators fill in digital forms, assigned automatically to games. On the larger plans you can export the data as CSV.

Does RefManager schedule the games as well as the referees?

Can I run a single tournament?
Yes. The Event Pass covers one event for €50, valid for 90 days.
Do referees need an app?
No. They use a mobile-friendly web dashboard, email game cards and an optional iCal feed.
