All prices are in euro, excluding VAT, and billed annually. There is no card and no auto-renewing subscription: you get an invoice, and a PO number is accepted.
- Event Pass: €50 per event, valid 90 days, up to 30 referees
- Club: €400 a year, up to 3 tournaments and 50 referees
- Pro: €1,300 a year, up to 25 tournaments, unlimited referees
- Federation: pricing on request, everything unlimited

What every annual plan includes
Every annual plan includes EU data hosting in line with the GDPR, daily encrypted backups, an audit log of every admin action, email delivery and game cards, a mobile-friendly referee dashboard and an iCal subscription for any calendar app.
Where plans differ
What you get by moving up
Autofill gets more advanced on the higher plans. Club adds email reminders and wheelchair diploma tracking. Pro adds the evaluations module and CSV exports. Federation adds push notifications, persistent referee profiles, multi-organisation management, API access, full white-label branding and dedicated onboarding.

Pregame
Pregame, the pre-game briefing tool for 5x5 crews, is free to start. PRO costs less than €2 a month, and new accounts get PRO free for 14 days without a card.

Is there a free trial for RefManager 3x3?
The Event Pass at €50 covers one event for 90 days. You can also book a demo first.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All RefManager 3x3 prices are excluding VAT.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. You are invoiced annually, with no card and no auto-renewal.
Which plan fits a regional series?
